- Employ IA expertise to the benefit of WBB and various clients/customers
- Serve as an IA/Cyber subject matter expert working on project teams with other consultants representing multi-disciplinary skillsets
- Contribute to the development of a variety of technical documents requiring IA best practices and Cyber content
- Develop customer briefings and support meetings
- Support bid and proposal efforts involving IA/Cyber expertise
- Contribute to customer engagement and business development efforts
- Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Greater than twelve (12) years of experience in developing, integrating, and executing Information Assurance, Cyber Security, and Information Security policy and programs
- Program Management experience in full spectrum Information Technology project lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of Department of Defense IA and Cyber policies, instructions, directives, and technical guidance
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Risk Management Framework
- Demonstrated knowledge of DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process
- Demonstrated experience planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and upgrading cybersecurity measures for the protection of Enterprise IT and DoD Platform IT
- Demonstrated experience identifying and analyzing threats and vulnerabilities to computer and information systems and developing cybersecurity solutions and policies to safeguard system operations and data
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, complex, and deadline-intensive environment
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Meet requirements for DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II Certifications: CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO or IASAE Level II-CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP or IASAE Level II Certification-CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Master’s Degree
- Familiarity with Chief Information Officer duties and responsibilities
- Innovative and driven work ethic
- Experience with developing and testing Joint security architectures
- Active duty military experience
- C4ISR expertise
- Federal Government service
