On any given day our developers are building products that manage nearly a trillion dollars of potential real estate transactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• P roduce bullet-proof code that is robust, efficient, and maintainable; primary tools are Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI.
• Collaborates with business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Implements processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.
• Works closely with a team of frontend and backend engineers, database administrators, and analysts.
• Develop visualizations through Power BI that answer key strategic questions.

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• 3+ years of experience optimizing large complicated SQL statements
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting common database issues
• 3+ experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing views, stored procedures, and functions using T-SQL
• Familiar with tools that can aid with SQL profiling / Performance Tuning
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Process oriented with great documentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree, computer science major a plus.

• Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners)
• Knowledge of advanced SSIS concepts to handle complex tasks like importing large files, loading data in a database, etc.
