- State of California large-scale IT project experience
- Flexibility to work overtime (50 hours/week) including evenings and weekends
- Ability to:
- Orient quickly to an ongoing project that has minimal documentation (new systems, new releases)
- Take ownership of a task, develop new methods, request information from all levels (even execs) to track progress.
- Collaborate with state, counties, and IT contractors
- Proactively identify and track/cajole critical tasks (vs. waiting for responses)
- Efficiently facilitate meetings using MS Teams
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP
