Employment Specialist

Do you enjoy working with people? Kulshan Supported Employment is hiring for an Employment Specialist to work with adults with developmental disabilities. We are looking for a full-time team member. This job is fun and dynamic and requires the applicant to have a flexible schedule. The ability to work when our clients work is a must. If you are interested, we would love to hear from you!

Summary of Qualifications:

Must be able to work with people from all backgrounds.

Must be able to represent agency in a professional manner.

Must be able to stand for long periods, able to lift 50lbs occasionally, able to bend, stoop and reach.

Must be able to pass a background check and have an acceptable driving abstract.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have a current Washington State Driver’s license.

Must have current auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.

Compensation:

$15.00/hr to start
