FIRE SEASON HAS STARTED Get signed up for the BASIC course beginning on the 28th. Refreshers are scheduled for the 7th, and 21st!

It takes a special kind of person to go head to head with a raging forest fire! That's a Wildland Firefighter. Exciting outdoor summer/fall job fighting forest fires! Great way to make a lot on money (tons of OT) in a short period of time. If you are at least 18 years old, within two hours of the base, physically fit, drug free, with leadership skills and great work ethic we may have an exciting job waiting for you!

$18.23 -Starting at $13.69 + $4.54 Health & Welfare ($18.23) per hour for the first 40 hours.

A three mile walk test with a forty-five pound backpack is required (completed at our office after you fill out application and go through interview process).

This position will require travel outside of Washington, for 1 to 30 days at a time, without returning home. When take our class you are committing to working ALL summer! Not just a few weeks. We like to keep our crews together as much as possible. That is how great friendships are built. This is a call when needed position. Expect to work long hours, 8 -16 hours of work a day, while getting to travel and see some beautiful country.

The job requires you to have all leather boots, 8inches high, no steel toe, in good condition, with Vibrum soles. Do not buy until after you finish training.
