Maintenance technician

Job Description

We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform tasks such as maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, mill work and minor rehabs.

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

Starting pay is based on experience.

Requirements for General Maintenance Technician

Experiences as a General Maintenance Technician (Handyman)

Owning basic hand & cordless tools

Smart phone is a must due to our program for scheduling,

also needs to email daily reports at the end of the day with before and after pictures.

Vehicle that can carry basic job supplies as needed. (ex. drywall, base boards, and paint).

Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative on multiple tasks

Perform preventative maintenance general repairs

Basic plumbing repair

Paint

Undertake light installation of equipment or carpentry

Repair equipment or appliances

Assist tradespeople on our team with electrical, plumbing or basic HVAC repairs

Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks

Identify and report the need for major repairs.
