We have an immediate opportunity in Lead Business Systems Analyst at Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will lead and provide strategic, consultative expertise to help identify, document and support the adoption of intelligent automation solutions. HR background preferred. Should have familiarity or experience with emerging intelligent automation capabilities and trends. Should be able to document and understand POD processes and generate innovative end-to-end solution options. Should be able to collaborate effectively with multiple functional teams including Operations and Technologies. Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to effectively/optimally challenge the status quo. Knowledge with agile or continuous improvement methodologies a plus.
