RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Phoenix, AZ.Summary: Under the guidance of the Director of Product Management, the Business Analyst will work collaboratively within an agile software development team to help solve business problems by creating business, functional and high-level technical requirements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be an integral part of the ongoing expansion of the Solera platform. This role requires a genuine passion for users, technology, problem solving, and creativity.Responsibilities: Responsible for documenting and creating business requirements, functional requirements, user flows, and technical requirements Work independently and collaborate with Development, and cross-functional business teams to deliver solutions that solve problems Triage bugs and new feature requests and enhancements Participate in the agile development process by attending daily standups, team retrospectives, demos, and planning in a supporting role Ability to translate highly technical concepts to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders Support and provide guidance to technical teams Develop acceptance criteria, test cases, and perform system testing activities, as needed Assist with training, communication and documentation efforts Perform software product demosREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent 5+ years of experience with writing Scrum-style requirements, including user stories, features, epics, use cases, process flows, and test cases 2+ years of experience with requirements gathering and analysis and then making recommendations based on these assessments Experience in technology driven healthcare, wellness, or benefits, preferable is a plus Strong communication skills, both written and verbal by expressing concepts and information clearly and succinctly using proper business acumen Communicates information in a tactful and positive manner at all times Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, facilitation, and multi-tasking Connects with both technical and non-technical people at all levels of the organization Works independently, and with a team, in a remote office environment Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Experience with information technology, systems integration, software development, analytics, and large data applications Experience working in an agile/Scrum environment Flexible and adaptable to change Experience with requirements tracking and workflow software Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
