Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Albany, NY that is seeking an experienced Business Analyst.Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Works closely with IT management and business partners to elicit requirements and document processes in support of delivering new business capabilities Partners with a diverse business community to document as-is and to-be business processes Documents clear and testable requirements which describe a technology to be implemented Collaborates in the creation, review and approval of validation documents Participates in business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes Participates as a key member of implementation projects, which may include requirements gathering, application design, testing, validation and end-user knowledge transfer / training Helps facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams Performs related duties as assigned or requestedREQUIREMENTS: BS/BA in related field preferred; May substitute relevant experience for education Minimum of 2 years pf experience creating requirements, design documents and test scripts required Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred Experience in a GMP environment helpful Find working in an ambiguous environment with changing priorities exciting Enjoy exploring technology and asking process questions Open and receptive to change, while looking for opportunities to continuously improveKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
