RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Lead Developer in Charlotte, North Carolina (NC), or New York state.Summary:We are working with one of the fastest growing healthcare insurance providers in the nation to find a Lead Developer. This role is available to start on a contract with expectation to convert to full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity and our client flexibility in locations, open to Charlotte, NC area and the entire state of New York. Depending on experience, pay for this role is expected to be between $55-70 per hour.Responsibilities: Estimates on scope of work (incoming requests) Architectural alignment Drive code consistency Issue management (bug investigation) Solution engineering Develop Proofs-of-Concept Code reviews Coach junior developers Unit TestingREQUIREMENTS: Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusUnderstanding transaction formats and protocols such as: REST API / HTTP(s) / Web Services JSON / XMLAdvanced hands-on experience with at least one of the following Programming Languages: Java, Spring Boot JavaScript (VUE preferred)Graph Databases: Neo4J/ ArrangoDB/ Orient DBStreaming Platform: Apache Kafka Event driven architectureExperience with code repositories such as: Bitbucket / Git / SourceTree / CVSMonitoring and troubleshooting tools such as: Dynatrace Grafana / Prometheus Elastic, Logstash, Kibana (ELK) Splunk / Zabbix / Nagios, etc Kubernetes / Micro-services / Docker / Jenkins DB (MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata) Visual Studio / Studio Code / Intelli-J / Studio 3TKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
