Description:
  • Will support inbound call and email requests for various access rights and provisioning.
  • Agent will navigate a wide range of procedures to determine the correct action to verify and grant access
  • Resource will periodically check certifications to ensure the right team members have the correct access
  • Will field inbound support requests for password resets on a variety of systems as well
