- Supervisor experience in a Security Control Center (or similar control center) environment
- Ability to guide individuals (Business Analysts) to capture current processes and procedures and identifying areas for improvement in security or control center environment
- Supervisor that’s worked in SCC, that can work with project teams and be an advocate for the security center
- Lots of new technologies being considered, so need someone to help guide their project teams with proper establishment of SLA and processes specific to an SCC environment
- Help establish SLAs, OLAs and review and improve process that are currently in place at our SCC organization.
- Needs to have a background of managing Control Center type of resources
