ServiceNow Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in New York, NY.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoot or provide feedback ServiceNow issues /questions Development of new or existing modules inside ServiceNow Engage in discussions with ServiceNow team to collaborate and enhance the platform Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend solutions Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition Document and do technical and non-technical documents for internal users and forward-facing customers Provide ServiceNow Administration and Functional/Development Support to users across theOrganization Perform Systems Integration Testing and manage/coordinate user acceptance testing Provide timely support to user queries and troubleshoot production issuesREQUIREMENTS: Experience with technical ServiceNow components such as: business rules, client scripts, UIpolicies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, webServices, reports, etc. Experience with working or developing in the following programming languages: HTML 5,CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript API, Client and Server-side Scripting, ServiceNow API's, Web Services . Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript-Angular JS, XML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, SOAP, REST, etc. Proficiency with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Experience with Management, Asset Management, PPM, Discovery, Knowledge, CMDB, etc. Experience administering, configuring, developing, and customizing ServiceNow and relatedIntegrations Strong Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience applying ITIL guidance to IT service Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
