It means maintaining the highest standards in everything you do, every day.Key Responsibilities:Act as strategic advisor for Identity Security through close working relationships with businesspartners. Acts as strategic interface between IT and Business Partners to stimulate, surface and shapedemand. Serves as an advisor to business partners to shape their strategywith regard toIdentity Governance and Administration andeducate partners about IT processes, roles, products and capabilities. Develops methodologies andstrategies using a broad array of communication tools to inform, persuade, influence, direct and facilitateanalysis and communication between business and IT.Key Activities:
  • Act as the technology advisor and thought leader to Identity Security business partners
  • Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives
  • Works closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgets
  • Works with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional / technical specs
  • Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process
  • Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
  • Leads both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate; Seen as the go-to for subject matter expertise by leading day to day activities
  • Provide guidance to team members
  • Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy
  • Build relationships and provide technology guidance to assigned Business Unit or Function
  • Leads small to medium scale IT Transformation initiatives

  • Basic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business priorities

Education/Experience
  • Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience, or
  • Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 0-3 years of leadership experience a plus
