Role: Programmer/Analyst Duration: Long term Location: Remote/Santa Clara, CA W2 Candidates This position is not open for C2C Must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in building software, OOPS concept and Java, HTML skills
  • Minimum Bachelors of computer science or Masters of computer sciences with Java developer skills
What you will do in this role:
  • Play a key role in the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
  • Work closely with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
  • Designing and implement software that is simple, intuitive and easy to use that will allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific business needs
  • Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
  • Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
  • Create and present functional and technical design including data analysis to business team, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach
  • Document functional technical requirements, architecture flow diagrams,
  • Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies
  • Accountable for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with the business teams
  • Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization.
  • Follow Scrum and Agile development best practices.
Skills: To be successful in this role:
  • 4+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language
  • Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
  • Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
  • Strong analytical and design skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Designing and Coding of Complex and Very Complex custom Microsoft Team Apps
  • Deep Experience on Office 365, Azure portal
  • Experience of Microsoft Graph API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience of developing and architecting enterprise scale services or solutions
  • Proficient expertise across a breadth of technology architectures
  • 8+ years relevant work experience in technology industry is required
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science is preferred.
  • Experience with conversation design is required.
  • ServiceNow platform knowledge is an added advantage
  • Ability to interpret complex business rules and problem-solve to create great products is required
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team responsibilities is required
  • Ability to prioritize business goals and switch gears quickly as needed is required
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability is required.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Ability to build expertise of other people
Education:
  • Bachelors / Masters in computer science or relevant work experience
