He needs candidates whom have real-world experience, not just experience as it relates to college course work and/or projects. Per the manager, the most important things the selected hire to have are the following four things:1. C# development including usage of WPF for user interface development2. Six (6+) years applicable industry experience This is a Monday - Friday position with core working hours being 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. It is expected that overtime will need to be worked on occasion. Position location - comments direct from the manager: "Due to COVID-19, most of our developers are working from home but they all are within driving distance of Cummins facility (Columbus, IN). Our developers at times will have to go into facility to perform truck testing or to pick some hardware equipment which is needed for bug fixing or troubleshooting." When the manager is ready to interview, Zoom interviews will be requested. Interviews will be scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays between the hours of 8:00 - 10:00 AM EST.
