What We're Looking For

We are a growing company seeking a diligent IT Specialist to take care of all our IT needs. You will be responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, maintaining access control and security systems, data reporting, systems administration, network administration, and resolving all IT support issues.

  • Provides users with information by designing methods to collect and retrieve data.
  • Installing new software and hardware components.
  • Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
  • Assisting with network administration tasks.
  • Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
  • Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
  • Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network to maintain production uptime.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience

  • Minimum of three years of experience in IT or database administration
  • Experience working with following environments: Windows 10 & Windows Server 2012+ operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, Network Storage, Azure

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • Associate’s degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education
  • Two years’ experience in HR and/or benefits administration

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification credential
  • Experience with Kronos, PlanSource and Empower HR and Benefits Systems
