We are a boutique brokerage located in both Gig Harbor and Tacoma that is growing and looking for a self-starter and a team player to help us reach the next level in real estate. The ideal candidate will be the ‘face’ of the company. You will be the first point of contact for both our brokers and their clients as well as various industry professionals. You will learn the ins and outs of real estate and how transactions come together utilizing our proprietary software. The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly, find solutions, be creative and adjust to a fluid work environment. Potential for advancement for the proactive, positive, motivated, and highly organized candidate!
Duties -
Able to quickly learn new computer programs and applications
Efficient and accurate data entry and filing skills
“Face” of the Company - Greeting Brokers/Guests, Answering/Gatekeeping Phones, Holiday Decoration
Cleanliness/Stocking Supplies
Requirements -
Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience in a professional office environment
PC, Microsoft Suite and Data-Entry skills are imperative
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 20 lbs. up a single staircase
Compensation –
$15.00/hr
Flexible schedule, 20 hrs/wk
