Are you looking for a Senior Security Engineer position that will allow you to join a small team and have a ton of ownership over projects? This is the perfect contract to hire opportunity with a well known healthcare company in Center City Phiadelphia. This opportunity can pay up to $70/hour and offers benefits while on contract. They are looking to flip this candidate to fulltime within 6-12 months. You would be joining a team where they already have compliance and network security well taken care of. They need someone who would come in with a well rounded infrastructure background and has transitioned into a blue team Cybersecurity position. You would be designing and implementing SIEM tools, improving vulnerability programs, and working closely with the firewalls & VPN connections. You will also be overseeing the other blue team responibilties and should have experience with End point protection and IDS/IPS.They need someone like yourself who has excellent communication to explain to c level executives the inatives within the Cyber program along side the acting CISO. Required Skills & Experience
- Implementing new security tools
- Prior experience with End Point Protection & Data Loss Prevention
- In depth remedation of intrusion detections
- Ability to re-design security controls as needed within vulnerability management
- BS in CS
- 5 Years experience in Infrastructure in the past
- Updated Cybersecurity Certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM)
