Product Management seeks a resource to augment our team. Candidates will have a mix of project and bona fide product management experience, though project management certification is not required (or desired, unless accompanied by an equal measure of day-to-day product management experience). In their role, MRs will focus mainly on tactical execution of the product strategy and day-to-day management of product(s) they support. Therefore, their experience should be more heavily weighted toward the tactical as opposed to strategic. The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics. • Excellent communication skills - able to succinctly describe what they've done; demonstrate that they are adept at communicating across multiple levels within an organization. • Self-starter, inquisitive by nature and able to dig into opportunities and issues with minimal supervision, following them through to completion. They are able to grab the reins and run. • Proactive and demonstrate that they are responsive to customer and stakeholder needs/priorities. • They are able to take responsibility and adapt to changing priorities/they're comfortable in pivoting in an environment that is evolving and at times ambiguous. • Excellent organization/time management skills -.able to efficiently and effectively manage multiple efforts concurrently. • They are able to demonstrate that they have excelled in execution and tactical delivery of solutions. This includes attention to detail in their work and ability to escalate/raise their hand when they anticipate or experience challenges • Excellent relationship management skills as demonstrated in their experience - able to work across various partners while being assertive when needed and holding partners accountable.
