JOB SUMMARY The HRIS Analyst provides functional customer service and assists with Human Resource Information systems, projects, and processes. In collaboration with HR and other cross functional teams, this position is responsible for overall system performance and maintenance, including ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the ADP Enterprise eTime TLM system (also known as Kronos Timekeeper).
- Understands employee master data and system mapping.
- Has an analytical background with experience solving complex problems utilizing data and the ability to communicate the results in a visual manner such as by utilizing dashboards and/or presentations.
- Assists in the design, development, testing, and implementation of new or modified systems to meet changing requirements.
- Assists in maintaining the integrity of computerized human resources information systems.
- Provide support and mentorship for the HR Service Center team.
- Serves as a first point of contact for all HRIS related matters and manages the ticketing system to ensure all inquiries are responded to within SLA
- Effectively work with business partners across the company and adhere to HR best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization/redesign or based on new process/policies due to changing business needs.
- Work with project team members to collaboratively develop end-to-end process flows, business solutions documentation and test cases.
- Hands-on functional testing and validation of business requirements and system functionality.
- Help trend and analyze future opportunities to maximize current technology solutions.

- Handle Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data confidentially
- Build dashboards and generate complex reports per requirements
- 5 years + experience working & configuring ADP Enterprise eTime (Kronos Timekeeper), ADP Enterprise HR v5 & Org Publisher
- Advanced Excel, Word & MS PowerPoint required
- Experience with MS Access is a plus
- Experience with Qualtrics survey platform is a plus
- Experience with SQL, or a willingness to learn, is a plus
- Experience with VBA, C#, Python, or another scripting/programming language is a plus
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- College level of mathematical proficiency
