Job Description
Ensure the proper and timely movement and clearance of freight, while providing an exceptional customer service within the Customs Brokerage department.
Major Responsibilities:- Deliver Exceptional customer service
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Receive shipment notifications
- Verify all charges due
- Surrender docs and payment to obtain freight release
- Review documents and prioritize
- Create entry summary
- Submit docs to customs
- Dispatch freight
- Confirm delivery
- Ensure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts
- Support operations where needed
- Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year
Qualifications
College Degree is Preferred
Positive Attitude
Desire to Learn and Always Find More Efficient Ways to Do Things
