Job Description:
  • Minimum of 60 months experience with writing Java application software for data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, and standard design patterns (J2EE) to solve complex business problems.
  • 60 or more months development experience in the FileNet Suite of products.
  • 60 or more months of experience working with and implementing Spring Framework.
  • 60 or more months experience with application standard design patterns (J2EE) to solve complex business problems.
  • 60 or more months experience providing Websphere and JBOSS Enterprise Application Server services, Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and mainframe integration development experience.
  • 60 or more month’s experience analyzing business processes and workflows and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications to resolve business problems.
  • 48 or more months experience with use of XML and web services in a J2EE environment.
  • 48 or more months performing testing and implementation, and preparing technical and user documentation for software conversions.
  • 48 or more months experience developing Java solutions with Web security protocol tools such as LDAP , Netegrity SiteMinder or OKTA.
  • 48 or more months experience in configuration management utilities for Java applications.

Project: Imaging/Enterprise Document Repository (I/EDR7)

Detailed Job Description: IEDR7 is a technical project to combine existing functions in Imaging and Enterprise Document Repository (IEDR), and On-site Scanning (OSS) systems. IEDR7 will provide local social service districts (LSSDs) and state human service agency staff throughout New York State with various methods for on-site scanning and indexing of case and client documents and web-based access to stored images. The combined system will provide image capture and retrieval for Medical Assistance (MA), Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Temporary Assistance (TA), and Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) programs supported by LSSDs and administered by OTDA.
