As a member of the STANLEY Security Global Brand Marketing Team, the Multimedia Designer will report into the Global Creative Director. This multi-talented designer will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with regional marketing teams in addition to supporting the day-to-day operations of the Global Marketing Team. The role requires effective interaction with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. It is a job that requires a "can do" attitude and the willingness to go beyond what is expected. The Multimedia Designer must have knowledge and skills to interpret the content needs our internal and external clients. You will work on a variety projects, including (but not limited to) social and print ads, infographics, presentations, and video productions.It is a new unique opportunity to work in the STANLEY Security marketing team. To be successful in this role, you should be able to turn creative ideas into compelling content. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong and consistent brands through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.Purpose of PositionStanley Black and Decker represents one of the most dynamic and diversified organizations in its space. You will be an ambassador and evangelist of our great brands, but most importantly, the voice of our consumer, user and customer.Responsibilities:

  • Support creative content design and asset production for marketing including online advertising, campaigns, communications, trade shows and email to develop brand consistency and brand awareness
  • Learn brands inside and out, helping to bring them to life for employees and customers through strong, engaging content that creates value for key stakeholders
  • Determine the message the design should portray, following the brand standards.
  • Usedata and content engagement metrics to continuously optimize design choices and strategy.
  • Oversee day-to-day production of multimedia projects and program activities and ensure content design, visual storytelling and brand best practices are upheld through entire production process.
  • Maintain, manage, and grow asset libraries
  • Support or lead projects with external partners
  • Provide guidance and consulting to multiple country marketing teams on content design and optimization opportunities
  • Provide timely feedback on proposed assets localized by countries to ensure the design is on-brand and optimal
  • Actively engaged in championing all Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives throughout the organization
Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • The ability to provide a portfolio that shows originality and an understanding of the creative process, to deliver the expected outcomes to stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of Graphic designer experience running and developing Brand initiatives, usingAdobe Creative Suite, specificallyPhotoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and PremierePro, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a variety of mediums, especially graphic design (print and digital) as well as video/animation production, 3D Rendering, Photography/Videography, etc.
  • Keen eye for detail and layout in design
  • Strong Project Management and Organizational Skills
  • Able to multitask and manage Projects
