Job SummaryResponsible for analyzing Sales Support and Operations data as it relates ro performance, project deployment and agent incentives. Provides analytical and statistical support and prepares standard performance metric reporting at an executive level view. Partners with associates to establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in data analysis with fluency in Excel, Tableau, SQL and/or other data reporting tools. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
- Develops and manages a sales support analysis and reporting system that will provide adequate data and analysis for Sales Support teams use, as well as strategic data and analysis for sales management requirements.
- Demonstrates ability to look at complex sets of information to reach conclusions, leading the process of collecting and reporting data.
- Generates and coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting
- Creates graphs, infographics, dashboards and other methods to visualize the data that assists in tells the Sales Support and Operations "story" based on KPIs and success measures.
- Makes recommendations for enhancements opportunities that improve presenting data along with restructuring large data sets to find useable information.
- Generates monthly, quarterly and annual reports relating to Product Sales team incremental sales performance and results.
- Captures and updates all required reporting materials to provide Product Sales management customized reports.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
