Business Solutions/Process Analyst

Looking for a Business Solutions/Process Analyst to play a key role as part of the Enterprise Transformation initiative to help deliver value in the ideation process.

• Support delivery and execution of projects in support of end to end process transformation
• Work cross-functionally with Business Solutions Advisors and business to analyze, design and develop business solutions.
• Perform data analysis, data/process mapping to reveal process improvement opportunities and root causes. Review and summarization of data for decision making.
• Develop process improvement procedures and monitoring and reporting on process performance and adoption across the organization.
• Analyze current process standards in order to provide solutions for improvements, updating and maintaining documentation on process improvements and performance.
• Analyze and document dependencies between new and existing processes and identify opportunities for improvements.

• Advanced Business Process Analyst expert who is highly skilled in business process management, project management, strategic thinking and change leadership
• Highly proficient in business process mapping and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to work across numerous initiatives
• Superior organization and communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong business writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a cross-functional/matrix environment
