Assistant Property Manager Agent

Busy Property Management office looking for positive motivated team member to join our team.

Property Management Experience Required for position.

-Assists in managing all aspects of a management occupancy and maintenance.

-Showing Properties

-Communicates with tenants regarding property-related issues.

-Coordinates with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and property needs.

-Collaborates with property management team to produce advertising materials.

-Appfolio Software Experience Preferred

20-25 Hours Weekly (flexible time frames)

Hourly Pay: $15-17 (DOE)
