This is a full-time (40 hours a week) position that is located in Toppenish, Washington.An ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, has the ability to comprehend and analyze low complexity analytics, and is able to effectively manage large volumes of information according to defined parameters and schedules.What you'll do:Manage and support the day to day data processes.

Serves as a liaison to all departments for backup information supporting the operation scorecards and other reports.

Coordinate the master data process and reporting for the operational reporting and management including but not limited to the development of operational scorecards, budget reports, revenue and cost per unit reports.

Manage analytics and operations leadership to identify needed data and metrics for operational efficiency in Medical, Dental, Pharmacy service lines.

Presents to groups including Clinic Administrators, the Executive Committee, and other leadership bodies within the organization in a manner that is clear and is able to articulate the goals and objectives embodied in YVFWC operational reports.

Whats Required?Education: Associates Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a similar field.

Experience: 1 year of office or administrative experience in a healthcare setting. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar subject may be used to satisfy the experience requirement.
