Immediate opening for an Auto Glass installer.

This is a full time position and career possibility

Need a responsible individual with a good work history, positive attitude and that can work as a team.

Prior Auto Glass shop experience

Would like to find a individual with prior experience and help them to advance their skills further. Employee who has a great reputation for excellent quality, workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Novus Auto glass has online training classes for individuals with no experience just starting into the Auto Glass trade and we provide training ojt also.

CLEAN DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED!

Must be able to lift 50lbs and no medical issues in regards to heavy lifting or working on ladders.

Beginning salary $14.00 No experience

D.O.E. to $25.00 hr. with current certifications or manager experience.

(plus bonuses based on number of units)

90 day probation period

pay increase after probation period $

3%Simple profit sharing plan after qualification period
