Offshore Delivery Manager/Account Manager duties and responsibilitiesA competent Offshore Delivery Manager/Account Manager should be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertains to Sun Technologies and its clients. Their main responsibility is to make sure our customers are happy, and some of their

specific daily duties include:
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions to the management
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve and identify opportunities for growth
  • Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires
  • Acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
An Offshore Delivery Manager/Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are translated properly and understood by all internal departments that may handle any issues pertaining to the client’s work.

Responsible for client delivery, handle complaints and ensure that customers get the best possible experience. In general, an Offshore Delivery Manager/Account Manager acts as

SPOC between Sun Technologies and your clients, and Offshore Delivery Manager/Account Manager is responsible for assessing a client’s needs and finding ways to meet them in order to maintain good relationships.

Offshore Delivery Manager/Account Manager skills and qualifications –

Education: BS Engg/CS/IT/Business Administration/Marketing.
  • Most important Required skills: Excellent communication and listening skills and negotiation skills
  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
  • Required: Work Experience in QA / Software testing or Test Automation or Development (Java)
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time – QA / Software testing, Test Automation, Development (Java)
  • Onsite – Offshore coordination to analyze requirements, draft proposals and submit them on time.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
  • Up-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behavior
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
  • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
  • Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
