Project Manager/Analyst Excellent opportunity to launch your career with a global, Fortune 50 Company. Our client is seeking a high-achieving candidate to join our creative and dynamic organization!You will be joining a team that is focused on issue resolution efforts for roadblocks related to merchandise transitions. You will be a point person to uncover and fix issues for our stores to proceed with executing project resets. This role is a mix of root cause analysis, data entry, scheduling, ordering, researching, inventory management, data analysis, customer management, process improvement, and partnering with cross functional teams.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reviewing internal, web-based system to resolve issues that have been recorded in the system for resolution
- Working as a liaison between the field and cross functional partners to meet resolution
- Placing labor, outbound, and direct to store orders
- Assisting field partners with scheduling and managing one-off issues
- Managing post-reset implementations
- Partnering with Merchant Planners to adjust assortments
This is a 7 month contract opportunity wrapping up on 2/28/22 with the possibility of extension or conversion to perm in the Vinings area. Enjoy a casual dress code, dynamic, and high-energy team members, and the ability to learn and execute business skills. REQUIRED SKILLS:- 2 years of professional work experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Process Improvement, or similar field)
- Experience executing a project from start to end
- Experience resolving issues
- Intermediate Excel skills - ability to do VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, formulas
- Process Improvement/Critical Thinking
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
