  2+ years of Curriculum Design/Instructional Design experience
• Job type: Contract (6 months) - Possibility of future conversion to FTE depending on headcount approval

• Pay Range:
  $30.70/hour - $34.20+/hour on Experis' W-2 + Consultant Benefits

• Review standard curriculum design and development templates for use across L&D to drive consistency in materials development, delivery methodology, or delivery vehicles.
• Apply branding, graphics, interaction and more in an effective manner.
• Experienced using video editing tools (Final Cut, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premier, After Effects, Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Camtasia)
• Extensive knowledge and experience using various graphic design styles and techniques
• Experience with learning management systems to publish and manage content

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge.
• Analyze needs to determine effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps in the target audience.
• State curriculum end goals and create content that matches them.
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.
• Research and implement best practices for curriculum design principles.
