- 6 Month Contract to Hire
- 100% remote- local to Atlanta, GA preferred
- Maintain and evolve multiple E-commerce websites
- Utilize a data-first approach to develop comprehensive website strategies that position our brands and products, accelerate user acquisition, and increase revenue
- Partner with the Analytics team to understand how prospects and customers use our sites
- Monitor site performance/reporting to understand traffic patterns/shifts
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion, collaborating with Analytics, CRO & Development teams to execute on opportunities & increase sales performance
- Be the voice of the customer. Monitor the competitive landscape, and how our sites compare
- Work closely with Marketing and Media teams to ensure consistent messaging from advertising to website to sales completion
- Liaise with internal product & marketing teams to develop Go To Market plans, define business requirements, prepare roadmaps, prioritize and follow up on implementation
- Collaborate with SEO & Content experts to ensure SEO best-practices are met and identify content & search optimization opportunities
- Work with development project managers to ensure on-time & effective execution of site features & updates
- Manage communication on site development with team members and key stakeholders
- Operate from minimum viable product thinking and continuous improvement
- Investigate, refer, resolve bugs and drive continuous improvement on process and technology level
- 5-7 years of experience with a proven track record of implemented ecommerce improvements, marrying data & design to drive performance
- Extensive Background in E-commerce Site Management & Digital Sales
- Strong analytics skills, capable of understanding sales funnels and conversion drivers
- Strong optimization & testing background
- Fluent in interpreting data and reports to inform website strategy
- B2B or long sales cycle experience or Finance/Banking/Credit experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Experience Manager & Target
- Pragmatic and results-focused
- Creative out of the box thinking
- Experience in an agile scrum environment is a plus
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills and a "can do" attitude toward problem solving
- Strong organizational skills
- BA in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics
