About UsHenderson Harbor Group is an Executive Search firm working on behalf of our clients to find high quality candidates in the areas of IT & Technology Services.Our client is one of the largest life insurance companies in the United States, providing insurance, retirement, and investment solutions for 175 years. They are looking for a Senior Technical Architect to lead implementation projects, the teams involved in those projects, and mentor junior resources.Responsibilities
- Manage the design and implementation of assigned projects
- Determine the needs of the organization and research available solutions to determine suitability
- Work with designers and developers to explain the structure and assist them through the assembly process
- Ensure systems are working properly by carrying out testing procedures which satisfy quality standards
- Work with senior leadership to determine future IT requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Anticipation of problems and being able to solve them in at timely manner
- Being able to deliver results in high-pressure circumstances
- Ability to develop trust and understanding between all parties involved within projects
- Expert in time management and prioritization
- Software Development using Java/JEE, Spring, TDD
- Front End Development using JS, HTML, CSS
- Adobe Certified Master - AEM Sites Architect
- AEM V6.4+
