Our industry-leading Fortune 500 client has an excellent opportunity available for a ThreadFix Application Security Engineer to work on a 12-month + contract position working 100% remote. This Engineer will be a key resource responsible for the configuration and support of this firm's ThreadFix application security orchestration and correlation platform (ASOC) platform. The hourly rate is $75-$85/hour w-2 or $85-$95/hour for a corp to corp. This position is a contract consulting opportunity, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, plus 401(k) with matching, weekly payment, and more for w-2's.

Responsibilities of the ThreadFix Application Security Engineer:
  • Manage the ThreadFix Application Security Portal Software
  • Configure the tool to pull data from various source tools
  • Perform day to day engineering support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and administration
  • Understand and maintain the Data integrity of the ThreadFix software
  • Perform static and dynamic data analysis to make sure aggregated data is rendering properly
  • Maintain, setup and support integration of ThreadFix with third-party tools such as Jira
  • Design, manage and maintain processes and best practices for the ThreadFix Software involving key stakeholders

Requirements of the ThreadFix Application Security Engineer:
  • Experienced Information Security Professional with a Tools Engineering Specialty with experience in Application Security Software
  • Must have experience with Application Security Portal Software, ideally with ThreadFix. Experience with similar applications such as ZeroNorth, Kenna, Code DX, or equivalent would be ok for this position instead of ThreadFix.
