Candidate will possess expertise in the business units they support along with having a strong understanding of the group's systems and capabilities. They will educate the groups on the direction of the business. They will also provide complex analysis services translating user needs into detailed specifications to deliver an appropriate solution. Job Responsibilities -Analyze business partners operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functionsAssist in the business process redesign and documentation as neededTranslates high level business requirements into functional specifications for IT, Users and Stakeholders and manages changes to such specifications.Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communications between business units and IT from initial requirements to final implementationWorks with Business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategiesSupports several moderately complete business processesAssists Project Managers in development of project plans and use associated project planning tools as neededAssumes the Project Manager responsibilities in preparing and facilitating the project plan for smaller projectsConducts feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problemsCoaches less experienced staffProvides immediate knowledge of Business requirement and corporate prioritiesStrong ability to define business requirements and create process flowsStrong ability to gather/redefine complex business requirements, recommend or make decisions on business requirements /interdependenciesStrong ability to develop complex business casesStrong ability to create impact analyst to make recommendationsStrong ability to present and defend complex positions and strategies for business decisions, processes and plansIntermediate knowledge of compliance, governance's structures and audit principlesIntermediate understanding of the business architecture and its relationship to other architecturesStrong ability to assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management Preferred Skills: - Full cycle application development experience with Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies
