A global insurance company with offices in NYC is hiring a Security Analyst to add to their growing team. Listed as a top-20 global insurance company, this organization has built a reputation of excellence based on responsive client service and performance for partners and shareholders. The Security Analyst will be responsible for vendor risk management from a cybersecurity assessment perspective. This candidate will join an established team of six cybersecurity professionals and adhere to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements. A successful candidate will have prior experience managing internal and external vendor relationships, and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Security Analyst
- Experience performing risk assessments for internal and external vendors based on ISO 27001 and SOC 2
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Professional experience in the heavily-regulated insurance or financial industries
- Experience with anti-phishing software (Proofpoint etc.)
