Church Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Sanger Community Church is seeking a friendly and welcoming person, who is skilled in bookkeeping & office management. Some of the main tasks include:
- Greet office visitors
- Answer/make phone calls/emails
- Payroll & taxes
- Monthly bill pay
- Create monthly financial reports
- Data entry & document creation (i.e. letters, bulletins, flyers, etc.)
- Order office & church supplies
- Mail distribution
- Manage event scheduling
- Other clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must have a working knowledge of Quickbooks.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a full charge bookkeeper.
- MUST know all aspects of payroll.
- Intermediate to skilled knowledge of Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiar with office printers

This is a part-time position, Tuesday - Friday, 9:00am - 3:30pm. (24 hrs/wk) Days are set, hours can be negotiated (more or less hours). Compensation based on experience & skill.
