Looking for a well rounded individual to take charge of Office Admin/Bookkeeping
Ideal client is self motivated and can work and complete tasks without immediate supervision.
with QuickBooks and small business administration experience.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Office Management - In charge of office operations. phones ( minimal ) email filing, etc.
Customer service: receive vendor service request and relay to appropriate staff. maintain organized record of service requests and ensure they are received, passed along to staff and completed. will then relay update back to client.
Quickbooks:
3-5 years or equivalent
Work Orders, Invoicing, billing - assist with work order tracking and prepare and send invoices.
Accounting - full charge bookkeeping - bank reconciliations, payments, deposits, process A/P,
collections. The more quickbooks experience the better.
This is a part time/ can lead to full time position fast. Depending on the individual and their abilities to complete tasks.
Work schedule is flexible as long as tasks are completed when needed.
