YARDI Voyager and QuickBooks Bookkeeper/Accountant (Paso Robles)

Full-Time, Full-Charge, In-House Bookkeeper needed in a small but very busy national real estate investment and management firm located in Paso Robles for almost 40 years. Our bookkeeper retired after 26 years of dedicated and much-appreciated service. He left behind “big shoes to fill” and we would love for someone to fill his shoes for the next 26 years.

Ideal Qualifications & Skills:

Experience with Yardi Voyager a Major Plus!

Extreme Proficiency in QuickBooks

Experienced in Excel

Strong Written and Verbal Communication

Basic Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate

Familiarity with Property Management

Available for Overtime on Occasion

Able to Be Bonded

Responsibilities Include:

Accounts Receivable & Payable

Tracking Notes Receivable and Payable

Bank Reconciliation for 40 Bank Accounts

Some Administration and HR Duties

Oversight of Five Payroll Services

Handling Work Comp Audits

Journal Entry Adjustments from CPA

Financial Reports for 30 Individual Entities

(LLC’s, Corporations, Limited Partnerships, etc.)
