Poly Performance and Synergy Manufacturing are related corporate entities under common ownership. Poly Performance is an industry leader in the online distribution of performance off-road vehicle parts and accessories. Synergy Manufacturing is an industry innovator and manufacturer of high-end automotive performance components. Both companies reside in a shared 30,000 sq/ft facility located in San Luis Obispo, California.

Accounting Clerk

Reports to CFO

Works closely with Receiving

Part-Time Position | Mon-Fri

Part time growing to full time Accounting Clerk position available. Excellent external and internal personable skills, detail oriented, highly organized, and strong work ethic required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, and wants to grow within the company. This position is available for hire immediately at approx. 25-30 hours per week currently, growing to 40 hours per week as needed. Hours will be negotiable sometime within the 7am-5pm Monday-Friday workweek.

Responsibilities

AP invoice entry

AR deposit entry (backup)

Credit card reconciliations

Maintaining vendor and customer files

Scanning and uploading documents

Maintaining office supplies/reordering

Stuffing envelopes

Other administrative duties as needed

1+ year accounts receivable experience

1+ year accounts payable experience

Retail/Web sales experience

Manufacturing experience

Intercompany transaction experience

MS Office with strong Excel

Google Drive experience

NetSuite experience

IQMS experience

PayPal, Amazon, and Credit Card payment experience

Education including college courses in Accounting in exchange for work experience above
