Job Responsibilities Will Include:

Receive reports and diagrams of infested areas and determine appropriate repair methods.

Make problem solving decisions based upon report discrepancies and supplemental findings.

Ensuring that jobs are done professionally and within specifications.

Maintain company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean condition at all times.

Become familiar with all types of wood destroying organisms, the damage they can do, and methods to

effectively control them.

Become familiar with bed bugs, their harborage areas, and methods to effectively control them.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of jobs if needed.

The hours of work are 7am to 5pm with a Saturday rotation, more hours may be necessary depending on the

needs of the department and branch.

Qualifications:

· Valid Driver’s License

· Pass a drug screen and physical

· Safely use a ladder

· Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to work in all weather conditions

· Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl, lift, and carry for extended periods of time

· Construction Experience Preferred
