Foundry casting machine operator $780/week start

Seeking high school graduates or GED with a good attendance record and basic math skills that have the ability to do work that can be hot and physically demanding. Company is manufacturing bronze bars and tubes.

Operators weigh up various types of metal scrap to load into an induction melting furnace which has a capacity to melt up to 1200 pounds per hour. New hires will also be trained to operate casting extraction equipment which include a saw and a bar straightening machine. Must be able to learn how to check cast dimensions using various types of micrometers.

12 hour shifts that rotate every 30 days between 1st (6:00 A.M, to 6:00 P.M.) and 2nd (6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.) working four days a week. There is a physical exam that includes a 100 pound lift test and a drug screen.
