Job Summary

As a general labor associate at Performance there is a wide range of job opportunities throughout our different departments. Each department comes with its own challenges as well as opportunity. We will look to place you in a department best suited for your skills and abilities. Performance is looking for hard working individuals with attention to detail to join our team. All positions are physically demanding and require that certain efficiency rates be met. You will be given the proper training and time so that you are able to meet these goals.

Pay

$15.00/hour + Shift Incentive

B Shift Incentive/ $1.00

C Shift Incentive/ $1.50

All production employees are eligible for an attainable incentive program, with earning capabilities of $1.00+ per hour

Schedule/Shift

A Shift Monday thru Thursday 6:00am – 4:00pm

B Shift Monday thru Thursday 8:00pm – 6:00am

C Shift Friday through Sunday 6:00am – 6:00pm

Overtime Available

Essential Duties of the Job

Operate nail guns

Maintaining clean and organized work area

Perform basic job duties as requested by Supervisor/Area leader

Fill out paperwork

Must meet efficiency standards set by the company

Work in a safe manner
