You also have: The desire to be responsible for supporting all sales mini project needs for post sales initiatives at CribMaster. This role will work directly with the Director of Customer Excellence to streamline process that improves the customer and internal team experience.

  • 3+ yr in sales, project management, or subsequent CribMaster experience required
  • Customer-first mindset with 2+ years direct customer facing experience
  • Ability to effectively manage projects and collaborate with cross business teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting, sharing responsibilities and goals
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations
  • Demonstrates capability of using persuasive selling skills
  • Ability to learn procedures and concepts quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely organized and professional at all times
  • Demonstrates initiative and always follows-through with both reactive and proactive actions
  • Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others
  • Excellent computer skills-Microsoft Office Suite; including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Experience with contact management software i.e. SalesForce.com, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
What You'll Do As a Sales Ops Coordinator you'll be part of our Operations team located in Marietta, GA. Specifically, you'll:
  • Manage mini project needs of the sales team with a high level of communication to customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate with customers on order progress by working with operations and tracking accurate shipping time frames
  • Display a deep strategy focus with each project to resolve quickly, accurately, and prevent like issues in the future
  • Have a passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
  • Can translate customer and business requirements into long term solutions that improves customer experience
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt, with willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems, which often extend beyond initial scope of responsibility
  • Encourage a continuous improvement culture through the deployment of updated processes coupled with a strong customer-oriented strategy
  • Have initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills
  • Capture and maintain company and project metrics as required
  • Assist in all engagement functions related to communicating changes in work process breakdowns and prioritize issues affecting the customer interaction
  • Work quickly to scale great ideas and improvements in a timely manner
  • Support thought leadership and explore emerging trends and issues in the industry
