Location: Anderson, AK Description: Radar Integration, Test and Acceptance Test and Evaluation -Integration and Test scope may include:Perform system-level integration of software and hardware components to validate system performance in the LRDR end-user environment. Initialize software components Evaluate software messages between software components Conduct data analysis to evaluate, document, troubleshoot, and correct system/subsystem anomalies found during testing. Execute requirement verification test procedures and test reporting as required by the LM I&T Lead. Run Operational Verification Tests, post-event analysis and final adjudication within Acceptance Test Program leading to DD-250.' Perform data analysis with Matlab, C and Unix Network/Infrastructure scope may include: Support, maintenance, integration, and test of the network and computing infrastructure. Deploy, maintain, and upgrade switches, routers, firewalls, and servers Support the troubleshooting and debugging of network through the use of network test equipment and tools (i.e. wireshark, network analyzer) Install, configure, integrate, manage, debug, and maintain Linux workstation and server software and hardware environments Oversee the network and server security compliance, auditing, and remediation. Use the ACAS scanner and STIGs to provide report and plans to for remediation Develop documentation for specific installations and configurations necessary to support operations and ongoing support activities. Provide Radar Maintainer and Computer Network Technician Services - Clear, AK The Seller shall ensure coverage by Radar Maintainers (RM) and Computer Network Technician (CNT) at deployment site. The seller shall ensure appropriate level of clearance is minimum of Secret for both roles. CNT scope includes: Performs a variety of electronic and technical assignments on data communications equipment and systems under general supervision. Utilize past hands-on network engineering experience and knowledge of network architecture design, development, and testing methodologies to deploy maintain, integrate, and test the network and computing infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers. Completes terminal troubleshooting using appropriate diagnostic equipment. Installs terminals, controllers, and test equipment and restores nonworking lines and/or equipment to working condition. Supports validation of technical work packages to be added or updated in the technical manuals. Performs data recording and data management Supports LOGREP by recording maintenance activities Supports LOGREP with yearly audits of LRDR parts management as well as other GFE to include tools (as clarified with Air Force specification and training) Work with other engineers, customers, and vendors in configuring, integrating, modifying, upgrading, troubleshooting, ordering and supporting configuration management of all network systems, OS, drivers, and applications software. Support the troubleshooting and debugging of network through the use of network test equipment and tools (i.e. wireshark, network analyzer). Independently configure and troubleshoot basic LAN connectivity and peripheral devices. Install, configure, integrate, manage, debug, and maintain Linux workstation and server software and hardware environments. Perform system and network administration tasks including managing user accounts, data backup, networking, security, disk management, software license management, etc. Independently configure and troubleshoot NAS/SAN environments. Utilize understanding of standard DOD security practices such as, STIG/RMF compliance and system accreditation implementation efforts to oversee the network and server security compliance, auditing, and remediation. Troubleshoot outages in a STIG compliant environment that may occur while deploying patches and updates. Use the ACAS scanner and STIGs to provide report and plans to for remediation. Develop documentation for specific installations and configurations necessary to support operations and ongoing support activities. Maintain the DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (e.g. Security + or equivalent) to perform privileged user tasks. RM scope includes: Installs, operates, maintains, repairs, and modifies [radar] equipment. Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time. Installs, upgrades, and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Maintains effective customer communications and relations. May provide onsite training of customer support personnel. Other tasks, to include: Perform validation of technical work packages to be added or updated in the technical manuals. Conducts site-level Corrective and Preventive Maintenance on the LRDR (radar, support systems, interfaces) Coordinate with Sensor Manager (SM) regarding the operational status of the site and any operational requirements that will be implemented impacting operational capability Supports LOGREP by recording maintenance activities Supports LOGREP with yearly audits of LRDR parts management as well as other GFE to include tools (as clarified with USG specification and training).
