(CITC) is currently recruiting for a Developer/Senior Developer position in our Technology Service Department. This position is flexibly staffed and starting level will be determined based on qualifications and experience upon hire. Competitive salary and benefits package offered; starting annual salaries of $70,000 for a Developer and $90,000 for Senior Developer. Position can be 100% remote, however, initial travel to Anchorage, AK will be required as part of the onboarding process.

Position DetailsThis position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications and will develop and maintain the enterprise applications for CITC and its partners, affiliates, and clients. This role will collaborate with project managers to define, build, and integrate software applications.

Position RequirementsDeveloper
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Relevant experience may substitute education requirements on a year-for-year basis.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing, designing and maintaining complex applications solutions. Relevant education may substitute experience requirements on a year-for-year basis.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CITC technologies which may include: Azure, T-SQL, C#, .Net, Front-End Technology (HTML/CSS/Javscript), Java.

Senior Developer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience may be in considered in lieu of formal education. Relevant experience my substitute education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience developing, designing and maintaining complex applications solutions.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in CITC technologies which may include: Azure, T-SQL, C#, .Net, Front-End Technology (HTML/CSS/Javscript), Java.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience utilizing Atlassian products for projects, issues, documentation, and source control.
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud applications.
