- Implement and enforce engineering best practices using modern standards and patterns.
- Review unit test plans, tests, and code coverage to ensure high quality delivery.
- Implement engineering excellence by enforcing regular code reviews, continuous integration, high test code coverage, on-going code refactoring and adequate documentation.
- Architect and develop a scalable and maintainable website by creating self-contained, reusable, and testable Modules and Components.
- Provide thought leadership to the team around new approaches and workflows and technologies.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience working with front-end web development.
- At least 7 years of experience working with Core JavaScript Library and understanding of key concepts such as event, listener, Promise, Callback, and DOM Traversal. At least 3 years out of the 7 years' experience must work on React.
- Must work with React Native projects in the recent 2 years using iOS/Android React Native Core Components.
- Strong fundamental understanding of 10S or Android lifecycle and the necessary integration point with React Native.
- Real Hands-on integration of developing custom React Native components and integration with iOS or Android native code.
- Knowledge of development tools such as yarn, or NPM is a must.
- Experience integrating React Native with Hermes, a JS Engine, is a plus.
- Experience working with REST Based API Integration with JavaScript
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, investigated and solved UI performance issues.
- Knowledge of industry standard software best practices, development lifecycle processes and Agile and SCRUM methodologies
