- Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the corporate CRM and custom applications and related processes.
- Provides and maintains acceptable service levels in support of day to day operations and project delivery deadlines
- Improves and streamlines processes regarding data access and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability and value.
- Collaborates with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved application configuration, management, and delivery.
- Provides ongoing and continuous data, business, and information systems analysis to evaluate opportunities for operational, reporting, and information access improvements.
- Assist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment
- 0 – 3 years of professional experience including internships and co ops
- Multiple development language expertise (.NET, SQL, C#) and experience with large systems development concepts and SDLC methodologies
- 1-2 years of experience developing with Dynamics CRM 365 online (configuration and customization), working knowledge of Dynamics API, and excellent understanding of CRM security
- Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM or something similar)
- Strong systems, data, and business process analysis skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, tools, techniques, and concepts.
- Builds, maintains, and ensures the integrity and availability of the CRM and custom application implementations and related processes.
- Provides timely and accurate support to all application end users.
- Leads, directs, and participates in the successful development of the CRM and custom applications, related processes, data integrations, and reporting and data access mechanisms.
- Proactively leads the process of evaluating CRM and custom application and process improvement opportunities.
