Qualifications Requires 0 to 2 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years no degree.Qualifications Required: Strong Microsoft Office product experience (Excel, Word and Outlook). Experience producing meaningful reports and documentation. Experience collecting, inputting, and analysing data. Excellent oral and written communication skills.Qualifications Preferred: Interest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) projects. Familiarity and experience with the ESRI ArcGIS suite of GIS products. Experience supporting any Public Health Agency.Education: Degree in Public Health, Geographic Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities Perspecta is immediately seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Geospatial Research, Analysis and Services Program (GRASP), which is a program within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) / Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR). GRASP is responsible for geospatial analysis, research, and technology as applied to diverse public health domains including environmental health, site-specific exposure, infectious and chronic disease, injury, and emergency preparedness and response. GRASP works with ATSDR, other CDC centers/institutes/offices, state/local health organizations, other federal agencies, international governments, academia, and advocacy groups.This position will be required to: Provide administrative and operational support to the program which may include financial, project, and staffing support tasks. Provide coordination, tracking, and reporting of activities for the team. Gather, collect, record, track, and verify data and information from multiple sources. Review and analyze the data. Use Microsoft Office products to compile and generate reports. Understand and interpret financial data. Communicate with program stakeholders to identify and resolve issues quickly. Develop, manage, and report on project timelines and requested deliverables. Prepare or contribute to the preparation of documentation, materials, and/or reports as required by CDC/ATSDR policy governing processes. Participate in oral and written communications, as needed, to interface with the diverse and multi-disciplinary CDC staff to collect and interpret data for the program.
